PayGate Logistics was founded in 2023 to simplify the complex environment of healthcare payments. From employers managing employee benefits plans to providers processing payments, PayGate removes the friction and simplifies healthcare payments.
The story
The team that built bank-grade payments — for healthcare.
The PayGate founding team came out of Bank of America Merchant Services, TSYS, Visa, and First Data. They built merchant-services and card-issuing infrastructure for some of the largest banks in the country. PayGate Logistics applies that infrastructure to the one market that's never had it — healthcare.
PayGate is non-custodial: it issues payment instructions only. Client and plan funds remain in bank-custodied segregated/FBO accounts.
